What you get

A Snapshot is one free page with a short verdict, a few facts with their sources, and what a full Teardown would cover. A Teardown costs £49.99, including VAT. It’s a report of about 15 to 25 pages, with a source for every claim, plus a one-page summary. Prices are in pounds and include VAT.

3-Pack, Re-check and Studio are shown with prices but aren’t on sale yet. Leaving your email for one of them isn’t an order and doesn’t commit you to anything.

Research and opinion, not a promise

A report is research and opinion to help you decide what to try next. It isn’t financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it doesn’t forecast your revenue. We don’t guarantee that your product will sell, that any way of finding customers will work, or that prices and other figures on other websites will stay the same after we checked them.

If we couldn’t check a figure, we say so, either next to it or in the list of things we couldn’t verify. Where something is our judgement, including the score, we label it as a judgement.

You need to own or run the product

You confirm that you own or run the product you send us, and that you won’t send anyone else’s confidential material. We can turn down a request that looks unlawful, abusive, or not yours to send.

When it arrives

We’ll email you to confirm a Snapshot request, and the Snapshot itself follows within 24 hours. When a Teardown payment is confirmed, we’ll email you to confirm the order. Stripe sends the payment receipt for the card. The report and a one-page summary follow by email within 48 hours of payment. There’s no account to log in to.

Starting straight away

When you order, we ask you to agree that we can start work straight away and send the report as a digital file. Once delivery starts, your legal 14-day right to cancel ends. Our own 14-day fix-it-or-refund promise still applies.

Your idea stays private

What you send us is confidential. It isn’t used to train AI models, and it isn’t published unless you later agree in writing after seeing a draft. The optional tick-box on the form only lets us ask you about a public teardown. It’s unticked unless you tick it, and it isn’t permission to publish. If anything is ever published and you change your mind, we’ll take it down.

Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe, and your card details never reach us. Refunds work as described on the refunds page.
